The spacious modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances and breakfast table. The villa also has a laundry room.

Two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room can be found on the ground floor.

A bright and airy master bedroom with ensuite which has a huge corner terrace with spectacular views towards the fields and valleys.

Outdoors the villa offers a furnished covered porch with direct access from the living room, creating two areas. A dining area with a wooden table and chairs ideal for al-fresco dining and a cosy chill out corner with sofas.

The inviting rectangle infinity pool is surrounded on three sides by a crazy paved terrace where sunlounges can be found, a true heaven for relaxing hours under the Mallorcan sun, enjoying the unique location and lovely views over the valley, hills, fruit orchards, and olive groves.

For barbeques there is a separate porch at the side of the pool complete with built in BBQ and wooden table and benches.

The rooms are air conditioned and the villa offers wifi.
