Car Rental

Our car hire partner will provide you the best possible service and have received excellent feedback to date from our guests. All their vehicles come with a map of Turkey, a basic first aid kid and a 24 hour emergency breakdown service. We recommend that you check the vehicle carefully in the presence of their staff.

Rental Periods

According to availability rental cars start on any day of the week. The minimum rental perion is three days for the most cars and seven for jeeps and minibuses.

Delivery to your property

All vehicles will be delivered between 09:30 - 10:00 and collected at approximately 09:30

Charges

Vehicles will be delivered to your property and can be returned to your original coastal property or Dalaman airport as you prefer,a drop-off charge off 50 Sterling is Applicable (less than 7 days continious rentals).

Navigation device are available for a charge of 3 GBP per day.

Car Insurance

Our rates include unlimited mileage, insurance in compliance with Türkish Law, collision damage and government tax. it is usual that this insurance does not include damage to lights, windscreens, and tyres with an excess Insurance made available (and paid) locally to cover this (3 GBP per day )

Drivers

Drivers must be a minimum of 21 for cars and 25 for jeeps. Two drivers may be named per vehicle and must always travel with a full driving licence, passport and vehicle papers.

Safety

All vehicle have seat belts. The middle rear seat belt in a five seat vehicle is a lap belt. Child seats and boosters are available for a charge of 2 GBP per day. Please not these seats are of a ‘one side fits all’ design suitable for a child weighing up to 16kg – should you have any concerns we recommend you bring your own. In the event of an accident it is Important to obtain a police report. Should a car need to be repaired, a replacement will only be provided if any when available. Driving is on the right hand side of the road and the infrastructure is generally good.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing and will take effect the day such modification is received. Cancellation charges are as follows:

• 25% Deposit: non-refundable
• 50% of the rental price if the cancellation is made more than 12 weeks before the arrival
• 75% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 8 weeks before the arrival
• 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made 6 weeks or less before the arrival
