Casa Campo is a stylish, stone-built three bedroom Premier Villa, nestled at the end of a tranquil cul-de-sac in the highly sought-after La Font area, situated between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. This charming villa is enveloped by well-maintained mature gardens, creating an idyllic sanctuary in a truly exceptional location.

Accommodation

The interior of Casa Campo spans two floors and can accommodate up to seven guests with its three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is furnished with taste and style throughout, with artworks from famous contemporary artists.

The partially open-plan ground floor encompasses a good-sized kitchen with all the necessary appliances and direct access to a terrace. An inviting lounge area with comfy sofas, satellite TV with complimentary channels, and expansive patio doors that open onto the poolside terrace. A dining area with an ample rectangular table for eight individuals adds to the convenience and elegance. Additionally, the ground floor hosts a spacious master bedroom, complete with a double bed, a comfortable sofa, patio doors leading to the terrace, pool, and garden, along with its private bathroom featuring a bathtub.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where two more bedrooms are situated – one with a double bed and the other with twin beds that include a trundle bed. A family bathroom with a bathtub serves these rooms. An open mezzanine level overlooking the lounge offers an additional single bed for the seventh guest, if needed. An extra shower room is conveniently located at the rear of the villa, accessible from the outside. The villa provides air-conditioning in the bedrooms, which is included in the price between 8 pm and 8 am, as well as from 2 pm to 4 pm. Additionally, guests can enjoy Wi-Fi connectivity.

Casa Campo is surrounded on three sides by a covered porch terrace with various sections. There's a dining area on one side adjacent to the kitchen, a relaxing chill-out area with comfortable sofas and chairs just outside the lounge doors, and another dining area adjacent to a spacious outdoor barbecue and kitchen, perfect for al-fresco dining. All these spaces serve as ideal locations to unwind in absolute tranquillity while immersing yourself in the Mallorcan atmosphere. Two sides of the inviting private pool, complete with Roman steps for easy access, are paved and furnished with comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and an additional table and chairs. The entire property is surrounded by expansive gardens and lawns, ensuring privacy and seclusion, while the mountain views from the pool area are nothing short of spectacular.
