Ananya

Overview

Ananya is a three bedroom Premier Villa with private pool near Pollenca, Mallorca. Ananya is a traditional mallorquin stone house for rent with mountain views in the north of Mallorca approximately 2 kms from Pollensa old town, it has an ample choice of beaches within a 15 minute drive and is also situated less than 1 km from Pollensa’s golf course.

Accommodation

The house is one storey, has tiled floors and is simply furnished in a rustic style. From the entrance hall you can access all the rooms. A large open living/dining room which has comfortable sofas and a long wooden dining table with benches. There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom plus a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and has an adjacent laundry room. There is also a second bathroom with shower which is accessed from the exterior of the house.

The house has a time limited air conditioning (hot/cold) in the bedrooms 14.00-16.00 and 20.00-08.00. It also has free Wi-Fi.

Outside

The exterior of the house is surrounded by the typical Mediterranean vegetation and native fruit trees (olives and almonds). There are large paved terraces and spectacular views of the open country, creating a unique place to relax and enjoy.

To the side of the house, a large paved recreational area leading out to the gardens offers an outdoor/porch covered BBQ kitchen, complete with its bar and bar stools. An ideal family area where you can relax, have a drink, a game of ping pong and wine and dine.

The spacious pool area has sun loungers and terrace furniture. The pool side also has a large shaded porch with wooden bench and table. Above the main pool area the house offers a separate elevated sun terrace, also with loungers.

Please note: Eco Tax

Guests will be required to pay an Eco Tax, which will be collected either upon on your arrival day or at the time of your final balance payment. Eco tax is €2.20 per person per day (age 16+) for the first 8 nights, after which it is €1.10 pppd
