Villa Kaia is a Delightful 2 + 1 Bedroom, 2 bathroom Premier Villa. The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday as it is just a short walk to a selection of cafes and a well-stocked supermarket situated in Vilamoura - part of central Algarve, Portugal.

Accommodation

The detached, one level villa has a private south-west-facing swimming pool set within a large fenced plot with lawns, off-road parking and a fruit tree garden. The lounge and dining areas open up to a covered terrace by the pool with built in BBQ area. The villa is air-conditioned in the living room and the 2 main bedrooms for your comfort.

Bedroom 2- Spacious double bedroom with patio doors leading to the garden. Direct access to Jack and Jill bathroom consisting of bath, overhead shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3 – a small room with 2 bunk beds, ideal for small children.

Please note: Cots, high chairs and extra beds are available to hire for 50 euros per cot per week, 25 euros per high chair per week and extra beds at 100 euros per week. This must be paid in resort, in cash on arrival and are on a request basis only.
