Villa Vanta is a high-quality, tastefully furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable Tennis Valley area. Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, the property is fully air-conditioned throughout, offering a cool and relaxing retreat.

Accommodation

On the first floor, the master bedroom features a double bed, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors that open onto a private terrace. It also includes a spacious en suite bathroom. The second bedroom, also located on the first floor, has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, and direct access to the terrace, along with its own en suite shower room. On the ground floor, the third bedroom is fitted with twin beds and wardrobes and is served by a nearby family bathroom.

In total, the villa includes one en suite bathroom, one en suite shower room, a family bathroom, and a separate cloakroom for added convenience.

The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a hob, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area offers a comfortable setting to relax, with patio doors leading directly to the pool and surrounding terraces. Guests can also enjoy Internet TV and Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Outside features a swimming pool (not heated, 9m x 5m) surrounded by grass and tiled lounge area. The garden features sun loungers and shaded seating area.
