There are 23 luxury two and three bedroom Vila Mimosa (townhouses) located on the northwest side of Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel. All are independently owned, semi detatched, with a parking space in front of the house.

• The townhouses are cosmopolitan in character and have been designed upside down: bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the ground floor while a large open plan lounge and state-of-the-art kitchen occupy the second level. Comfort and quality are the central themes. Furnishings are stylish but functional. Each Mimosa has a private garden and terrace.
• The two bedroom Vila Mimosa have one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms (one en suite). All have central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV with freeview channels and a DVD player. A fully fitted kitchen, laundry room and are equipped with the following: Combined Freezer and Fridge, Ceramic cooking plate, Microwave oven, Electric oven, Dishwasher, Mixer, Toaster, Juicer, Kettle and Coffee machine, Washing and Drying machine, Hairdryer. Internet connection is available for a local charge.
• The Vilas Mimosa are maintained by a daily maid service.
• Guests staying in the Vilas Mimosa townhouses have use of an exclusive heated swimming pool and baby pool, both enclosed in a beautiful private garden during the summer months.
