On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both en-suite with bath and separate shower and access to large terraces.

On the lower ground floor there are the remaining bedrooms, both with double beds, en-suite bathrooms with shower and access to the exterior area. There is also a cinema room and a games area with pool table and ping-pong table.

The beautiful garden is the perfect place to relax and spend unforgettable moments with family and friends! The covered terrace, with dining area for 8 guests and a BBQ, great for "al-fresco" meals! The property has air conditioning throughout. The villa is located in the heart of the `Golden Triangle` just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses, Emara is everything you need for a relaxed sunny holiday!

We do require a damage deposit of £1500.00 on all bookings, 7 days prior to departure via a secure online page. This damage deposit is held against your card and is released back to your card on your return, subject to no damages. The damage deposit value will differ for weddings / celebrations.
