Furnished in a classic style, this villa is extremely spacious both indoors and outdoors with many areas to relax, enjoy al fresco dinners in the company of family and friends, swim in the splendid pool or just soak up the sunshine whilst in the Jacuzzi.

Very large living room divided into three sections: chairs next to the fireplace, sofas for eight around a coffee table, and up a couple of steps to TV area with flat screen TV, DVD and surround sound system. Doors lead out to the pool terrace.

Very well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room with two microwaves, double width oven, 6 gas hobs and built-in espresso machine.
Double room 1, dressing table, TV, en suite bathroom with bath tub and shower.

First Floor:
Master suite comprising: a very large double bedroom, TV, 3 doors to the the upper terrace and stylish bathroom with bath in the centre of the room and walk-in shower.

Double bedroom 5, TV, ensuite shower room.

Lower Ground Floor:
Games room with table tennis, table football and pool table.
Large cinema room to comfortably seat all guests.

Grounds:
Large heated pool has a jacuzzi above with cascade slide into the pool. Separate covered barbecue area and outdoor dining for 10. The lawned area gently slopes towards the golf course which is separated by mature shrubs and trees for privacy. 1 bedroom annex with en suite, accessed from the garden with patio doors leading to the terrace.
