Geva is a welcoming 5 bedroom Premier Villa with a large pool ensuring you have the perfect family holiday accommodation. The decor is comfortable and relaxing with a lovely and spacious outdoor area. The outstanding location has views to the golf course and is within walking distance to the sandy beach of Ria Formosa. All the local amenities from the sandy beaches of the Ria Formosa, to the local gym, fabulous golf courses, tennis, water sports, horse riding etc... are all just 2 minutes away by car.

Accommodation

Living Rooms:

Spacious and comfortable large living, TV and dining room all in an open plan with big sliding doors to the pool terrace. Cable TV with English channels and Wi-fi Internet.

Kitchen:

Beautiful kitchen. Includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle etc.. Fully equipped for up to 10 guests.

Utility Room:

Laundry room equipped with washing, tumble dryer machine and ice machine. Iron, ironing board and clothes hanger.

Small Office room:

With sofa bed + desk

Bedrooms

The villa has 5 bedrooms all en suite.

Ground floor - 2 doubles bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 – Large double bedroom with king size bed (can be easily turned to twin), large bathroom with bath and shower. Sliding doors to the pool terrace
• Bedroom 2 – near the kitchen, 1 double bed with a shower bathroom

First floor - 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. Each bedroom has a small balcony with table and chairs.

• Bedroom 3 – Double bedroom with king size bed (can be easily turned to twin), bathroom with bath
• Bedroom 4 – 2 large single beds, bathroom with bath and shower
• Bedroom 5 – 2 large single beds, bathroom with shower

Outside

Delightful pool area with gas BBQ, covered and uncovered terrace area with 10 sun loungers and umbrellas. Large pool with 12mx6m. Dining table and chairs to seat 10, plus very relaxing sofa area. Beautiful perfectly maintained garden with views to the golf course.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service

All linen and towels including beach and pool towels are provided and changed once per week or more frequently upon request at an extra Cost if wished. Maid service is included five times per week.
