Etta is a chic 5 bedroom Premier Villa located in a quiet cul-de-sac at the back of the Quinta Verde Resort in Almancil - Portugal. Traditional design with contemporary details & furnishings throughout, Etta has been designed to meet guests' every need. It is located opposite our Casa Oriel allowing us to accommodate large parties

Accommodation

Bedrooms:

The ground floor & lower floor both have one en-suite bedroom with a shower only. They have twin beds (200cm x 90cm) with a double bedhead. The lower bedroom has 4 windows ensuring natural light.

The first floor holds 3 bedrooms:

Master Bedroom – double mattress (200cm x 180cm), walk-in wardrobe with safe, private balcony with seating, TV with UK channels, bladeless DYSON fan & bathroom with dual sink & separate bath & shower.

Guest Suite – double mattress (200cm x 180cm), walk-in wardrobe, and private balcony with sofa, TV with UK channels & bathroom with dual sink & shower only.

The final room on the first floor has 2 single mattresses (200cm x 90cm), small private balcony & en-suite with shower only.

Additional information:

Etta has electric shutters throughout and a basement of dreams filled with distractions for the kids while you relax in peace in the sun. Downstairs you can find an en-suite bedroom, laundry, study, snug TV room, a bar with it's own sink, fridge, dishwasher & ice machine, pool table, cycling machine & cinema. These rooms are charmingly laid out circling a exterior courtyard to give the whole floor a bright & welcoming feel.. UK TV can be found in the living room, kitchen, basement and main first floor suites. Each bedroom has AC and the kitchen is fully equipped for catering events.

Outside

The exterior is large enough to accommodate 10 guests and has a Private Pool (10m x 5m). There is a water feature, various seating areas and a covered BBQ area with al-fresco dining.
