Accommodation

The large, private property offers spacious, open plan living area, including high ceilings with well-kept and stylish wooden features, including large staircase and chandelier in the hallway.

The kitchen/diner is open plan and offers features including breakfast bar with stools Nespresso Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, Freezer, Kitchenette, and separate laundry Room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living room features a large sofa, perfect for relaxing with groups of friends or family and offering a great central meeting point within the house.

Bedrooms

The Master Suite (Bedroom 1) of this property is on the first floor and offers a king-size bed, air conditioning, fireplace, seating area, TV and luxury en-suite bathroom with corner massage bath and massage shower.

The star of the Master Suite are the French windows that lead to the terrace offering views across the pool and Ria Formosa, and a spiral staircase leading to the main outside terrace.

Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 can be found on the ground floor.

Bedrooms 5 and 6 are found in a basement annexe. There is a shared bathroom, kitchenette (fully equipped) and dining room.

Outside

The established and well-kept gardens offer fantastic areas for relaxing and enjoying your holiday. The large pool (8m x 5m approx.) has the option of heating, there is an additional cost for this, please speak to the reservations team.

Large open spaces offer themselves well to long days lounging with friends. There are also sun loungers a BBQ and table tennis table at the villa.
