The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. 

The dining area, seamlessly connected to the kitchen, comfortably seats six. Stylish pendant lights above the table create an intimate atmosphere, perfect for enjoying your meals. Moving towards the balcony, the living room welcomes you with a cozy sofa and a Smart TV with high-speed internet. Popular streaming apps are available.

Step through the sliding glass doors to the balcony, where you'll be captivated by the deep blue ocean views of Praia da Luz. This charming outdoor space is furnished with a dining table and chairs—ideal for savoring meals while watching the sunset over the sea.

Bedrooms

• The Master Suite features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobe, blackout curtains, and a private bathroom with a vanity sink and shower. Best of all, you can wake up to an exclusive ocean view right from your bed.
• The Second Bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the Third Bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms include built-in wardrobes, sideboards, and windows overlooking the condominium garden. A shared bathroom with a shower serves these rooms.

For added convenience, the apartment includes a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Every room is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and underfloor heating, ensuring year-round comfort.
