Overview

Casa De Agua is a lovely 3 bedroom Premier Villa located in on the Vale do Milho development, about 3 kms from the centre of Carvoeiro, as part of the border between the western and central Algarve, Portiugal.

The accommodation is arranged on two floors as follows:

Ground Floor

• Living and dining room with French doors to shaded terrace and outside dining area
• Guest WC
• Double en-suite bedroom with a walk in shower and with garden access
• Kitchen equipped with oven and separate hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer
• Laundry room with washing machine

First Floor

• Two twin en-suite bedrooms with walk in showers and with private terraces

Outside

• The gardens of Casa de Agua are beautifully landscaped, with plenty of lawn for children to play on
• There are ample sunny and shaded terraces, with sun loungers and table and chairs for 6 people.  The large swimming pool takes pride of place.

Local Area

The Vale do Milho development has a nine-hole par 3 golf course, excellent for sharpening up your short game, and the club house is a short walk from the villa. Here there is a bar and restaurant, plus snooker and Sky TV. There are also two 18-hole courses - Pinta and Gramacho - no more than a ten minute drive away. 

The closest beach - Praia de Centianes - is just a five minute walk from the villa, and within ten minutes by car are plenty of cove beaches which have safe bathing and beach restaurants. There are a number of restaurants in the local area and in Carvoeiro centre there are a vast number to choose from.
