Upon entry, a generously proportioned and well-lit lounge area awaits, complete with a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding doors seamlessly connect the lounge and dining area to a spacious terrace, providing breathtaking views of the countryside and the sea. The terrace, furnished with a built-in charcoal BBQ and a sizable dining table, is an ideal retreat for aficionados of al fresco dining.

On this same level, added for convenience, is a laundry room equipped with a combined washer/dryer, along with a guest toilet.

Descending to the lower pool level, you'll find a remarkably spacious master double bedroom featuring built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom equipped with both a corner bathtub and a shower. Additionally, there are two twin bedrooms, each boasting a private en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms open onto the inviting pool terrace, adorned with sun loungers and offering fantastic views.
