Overview

Khimki is a unique and beautiful 3 bedroom Premier Villa located on the hillside of Vale da Parra and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding villages and countryside. The villa is luxurious throughout and is furnished and decorated with great style and quality.

Accommodation

Electric gates give access to a long driveway with parking for several cars under a shaded, covered area.

The main double doors to the villa open to a large vestibule where the white marble floor tiles begin and continue through to many of the rooms. The very spacious open plan living areas all lead out to the pool and gardens. There is a comfortable round seating area around the fireplace, another seating area with 2 sofas and a curved bar area. Up to the left there is a dining area with glass table mounted on a stone pillar. The well equipped kitchen has a central isle and door leading out to the pool and gardens. In addition, there is a separate laundry area.

On the lower floor there is a double bedroom with patio doors leading out to a private terrace with seating and also a twin bedroom which both have access to the beautiful Jack and Jill shower room with twin showers, basins etc. There is a sofa bed in the twin bedroom for a 7th person if necessary. There is also a cloakroom and an area with raised dais with telescope and viewing dome on the ground level.

A marvellous sweeping staircase rises up to a seating area overlooking the lower living spaces and also a domed reading area. On this floor the master double bedroom with another splendid double shower room will all be found.

Outside

The exterior of the villa is spacious and surrounded by pretty landscaped gardens, with a salt water pool and cascade feature. There are plenty of seating areas in which you can relax in and admire the spectacular views.

In all this is a fine example of a villa for those looking for a very special holiday experience.

This villa is not suitable for children under 12 years due to the design of villa which has some high unprotected falls.
