The 80sqm T-shaped pool surrounds the front of the property and the beautifully inviting lounge and dining area is covered by a pergola so you can relax and unwind whilst looking out over the spectacular view of the Aegean sea. A bar, barbecue, outdoor games area and the immaculate garden complete the outdoor area. There is also parking space for up to four cars.

In addition to the main Villa there are 4 independent guest houses which can accommodate in total 8 guests or 4 couples.

1st Guest house : The first guest house consists of a double bed, a bathroom with shower, A/C and guests have direct access to courtyard.

2^nd Guest house : The second guest house consists of a double bed, a bathroom with shower, A/C and guests have direct access to courtyard where they can relax.

3^rd Guest House : The third guest house consists of a double bed, a bathroom with shower, A/C and direct access to the courtyard.

4^th Guest House : The fourth guest house in located close to the main house, and it consists of a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a sofa & a small kitchen and an A/C system. Guests have direct access to the pool and garden as well as the beautiful sea view.
