Villa Lysia is a unique FULLY CATERED 4 bedroom villa with the option to rent an additional room for larger groups, offering a gourmet vacation with meals provided by an outstanding in-house chef during mid and high seasons. The villa is located on the wonderful island of Kefalonia, part of the Ionian islands, Greece.
Close to the island’s capital, lies a vast olive tree estate, renowned for its restored ancient Olive Mill. Within this estate but on a separate plot of land, the owners have built Villa Lysia, a secluded and beautifully furnished property that strikes the perfect balance between traditional style and modern comfort. In the style of a Cephalonian manor house, with a fabulously restored stone olive press nearby, a private garden and a Tuscan-style pool, this villa will totally charm guests.
Villa Lysia is located close to the island’s capital, Argostoli, amongst an enchanting olive grove, which forms part of a grand country estate. The present owners have, with enormous love and attention to detail, transformed this unique property into an idyllic, secluded retreat with unspoiled natural surroundings.
Trapezaki beach is just 1.5 km away and has a delicious tavern. Various other beautiful sandy beaches can be found further along the coast. The surrounding villages of Poriarata, Mousata and Peratata have local shops and mini-markets for the essentials. Distance from the airport is 10km.
Guests staying at Villa Lysia can enjoy the services of the fabulous in-house chef, included also in mid to high season rate. The chef prepares breakfast, snacks and prepares and serves one main meal per day (6 days a week). Upon arrival you will be presented with a menu from which you can choose your meals.
With 4 bedrooms in the main villa, there is an option to rent the fifth bedroom to accommodate an extra 2 guests for an additional fee week, allowing up to 10 people in total.

Guests are strongly advised to take advantage of this opportunity as they will have exclusive access to cheaper prices. Guests are required to request car rental in advance of their arrival. Please speak to a member of the Premier Villas team who can arrange this for you.
Kefalonia is one of the largest Greek islands and it is a pity not to explore its undulating grandeur and beautiful scenery.

Our villa - in an ancient olive grove near the island's sheltered southern coast - was on a lush lip of land between the sea and the mountains. On my morning run I bumped into a rural Greece untouched by the crisis of the past eight years and nearly unchanged in several millennia ...'.
