Overview

Villa Maiya is a stunning villa boasting spectacular sunset views over the bay of Chania.

Positioned high up and just 800m from the Cretan coast, it is located in a beautiful area full of sleepy traditional Greek villages and just a few minutes away from lovely sandy beaches and hidden coves.

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 8 people and features 3 double bedrooms, a cinema room with a sofa-bed, a large private infinity swimming pool and a fantastic outdoor dining and BBQ area. There are multiple balconies and terraces which offer both privacy and fantastic views. 

Superbly designed and furnished, this villa offers families and groups a 5-star experience and is the perfect base when visiting the wonderful area of Western Crete.

Accommodation

This spacious villa features an open plan kitchen/dining/living area and a cinema room with a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 people. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the pool with views across the bay.

A master bedroom boasting a king-size bed and en suite shower room. The room has access to both shared and private balconies through large sliding terrace doors.

A bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite shower room (the bed can easily be converted to 2 single beds). There is a private balcony and a staircase which leads down to the main living area and swimming pool.

A third double bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite shower room.

Villa features

-All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are comfortably furnished with luxury beds, bedside cabinets, and bedside lighting. Hairdryers are provided in all bedrooms.
-Free WiFi is available throughout the house and in all outside areas.
-The villa provides full air conditioning independently controlled in every room.
-The villa has a private entrance with remote controlled electric gate and parking for several cars, including 2 shaded pergola areas.
-A highchair is available.
-If required, the villa is also equipped with electric pool heating, full underfloor central heating, and patio heaters in the outside dining area.

Outside

On the ground floor you will find the private heatable pool, terrace areas and outdoor dining areas.

The very large beautiful outdoor living space includes luxury sunbeds and designer lounge chairs.

An outdoor dining area and kitchen boasts a charcoal BBQ, sink and fridge. Under the shaded pergola is a large dining table perfect for al fresco meals and evening drinks.

Chania Town is the heart of the island, all major events take place there and the popular beaches and amazing restaurants, tavernas, bars and cafes give this amazing city it's charm. The area boasts wonderful beaches like Elafonissi and Balos and amazing beaches in south Crete as well as beaches in Chania like Platanias, Agia Marina, Maleme, Elafonissi, Falasarna, Kasteli.
