Villa Demi

Overview 

Sleeping just two persons, this recently built villa (2019) offers everything expected of a private villa but in one of its rarest formats: for just a couple.

Access is via a stairway from a private road to the villa, which is semi detached but completely private from its neighbours. There is a small garden - with loungers and various shaded or sunny areas to relax with steps to a sitting area perfect for meals al fresco.

The villa is decorated in amodern style and has everything from a cosy kitchen, large double bed, AC throughout, high speed internet, a television with netflix and apple tv plus Bose.

To the rear of the villa is a small enclosed terrace with barbecue.

Accommoation 

62 metres square of living space.
Living area/kitchen.
Double bedroom (2 metres) ensuite shower room with french doors.
There is a mezzanine with a second double bed which guests may choose to sleep in, but occupancy remains at only 2 persons.

Location 

There are lovely country views from the elevated position. One can walk to Gigaro (beach, restaurants) but please keep in mind with its hillside position the walk down will be faster than the walk back up!

Drive to Escalet in under 10 minutes and St Tropez 15-20 minutes.
