Villa Ceza II is a luxurious 4-bedroom premier villa located in the charming coastal town of Orasac, just off the Dubrovnik coast. The villa's dramatic location allows guests to wake up to breathtaking vistas and enjoy stunning sunsets over the Adriatic Sea every day. Orasac is only a 15-minute drive from Dubrovnik and offers a picturesque setting with natural surroundings and panoramic views of the sea and the famous Elafiti Islands. While being just five minutes away from the beach and restaurants, the villa provides complete privacy, creating an ideal atmosphere for relaxation and unwinding. The Finnish sauna and Jacuzzi adds to the overall experience of complete relaxation.

The ground floor of the villa features an open-plan living area with comfortable sofas, a TV, and a door leading to the terrace with sea views. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and another door leading to a covered terrace with outdoor dining facilities. Additionally, a dining area and two guest WCs are located on this floor.

On the first floor, which is the entry level, there are four double bedrooms, each with an en suite shower room, a flat-screen TV, and a door leading to a balcony with sea views.

The grounds of the villa consist of multiple terraces furnished for outdoor living and dining in style. These terraces offer marvellous sea views. The pool terrace features a large infinity heatable swimming pool with a ladder, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a summer kitchen, a Finnish sauna, and a Jacuzzi. For entertainment, there is a table football available. An al fresco dining area with a barbecue allows guests to enjoy meals outdoors. Private parking facilities are also provided.

For larger groups, it is possible to rent Villa Ceza II together with the neighboring Villa Ceza I, accommodating a total of 18 guests.
